our client portal at portal.mccrackenalliance.com, and our associate portal at

associates.mccrackenalliance.com (together, the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices

you have. It applies to our online activities only and does not cover

information collected offline or through channels other than the Site.

  professional in our network, the information you provide through the associate portal or that we

  and skills, availability, location, contact details, and any résumé or documents you provide.

- *Scheduling information — the phone number, availability, and meeting preferences you provide

  to book a call with our team or a presented candidate.

- *Communications — messages you send us through the portal or by email, and any information or

  attachments you choose to include.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may

automatically collect:

- *Log and device data — IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring and exit

  pages, date/time stamps, and similar diagnostic data, used to operate and secure the Site and to

  understand usage trends.

Signing in with Google

You may choose to sign in to the portal using Google. When you do, we receive the name and email

address associated with your Google account in order to create and access your McCracken portal

account. We do not request or access any other Google data (such as your contacts, calendar, or

files), and we use this information only to authenticate you and operate your account. Google's

handling of your information is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

  Supabase (database, authentication, and storage; data hosted in the United States),

  *Vercel (website and application hosting), *Resend (transactional email), Google (sign-in

  and calendar scheduling), Zoom (video meetings), *Slack (internal team coordination), and

  *Salesforce (client and candidate records). These providers are permitted to use your

  information only to perform services for us.

- Legal and protection. We may disclose information if required by law or legal process, or to

  protect the rights, property, or safety of McCracken, our clients, or others.

- *Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your

  information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain your account,

comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is

no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Data security
